From our 30-s: the Glycosaminoglycans volume in the skin samples decreasing by 20% by the time we reached our 50-s and twice as much by the time we reached our 70-s.
Note: Note 2: Another tendency we observe in the skin. With age the amount of albumens and nucleic acid within the skin does not change with age! (Attention! We are talking about quantity not quality) but glycosaminoglycans volume is reduced by 50%.
Identical tendency visualized in tests for heart, kidney and cerebrum. This testifies that washing-out of glycosaminoglycans from tissues intercellular matrix is the mechanism of aging. More so, the result of tissue glycans degradation processes we observe in blood plasma.
