The use of Plazan skin care products in dermatocosmetology
The experimental group consisted of 8 volunteers after an operation of Blepharoplasty, aged 36 - 45.
(the period of Plazan Treatment - 14 days)
The test consisted in the 14 day Plazan facial treatment of the skin around eyes after an operation of Blepharoplasty under the following scheme:
1) 5 Plazan Placenta Collagen Masks (tissue) with Glycosaminoglycans every other day;
2) Plazan Anti-aging Eye Cream 3 times a day during 14 days of the experiment.
The amount of protein, nucleic acids (DNA), total glycosaminoglycans, hyaluronic acid and sulphated glycosaminoglycans per 1 gram of skin was determined in the skin samples after the operation of Blepharoplasty.

Plazan Clinical Test Results. Diagram 2 The amount of Protein and DNA per a gram of skin increased by 24% and 18% correspondingly, under the effect of the Plazan Treatment. The amount of Hyaluronic Acid increased by 7 %, while Sulphated Glycosaminoglycans decreased by 1 %. |
Note 1: Glycosaminoglycans value test result shows the increase of the skin’s water-retaining capacity under the influence of endogenous polysaccharides. Thus, the use of Plazan cosmeceuticals with endogenous placenta Glycosaminoglycans in the anti-aging therapy allows to improve the skin’s composition in 14 days.
Note 2:As illustrated above, the amount of proteins and DNA per gram of skin increased under the effect of the Plazan 14 days treatment, which result in the increasing of the skin`s thickness.
This is comparable with a 2 – 2.5-year rejuvenating effect.
